Access to the Library

The Library is open by appointment at the following times:

Monday - Friday 11.00 - 16.30.

Access is permitted only from Largo Luciano Berio 3 ( entrance before the Cavea Bar)

With reference to the ordinance of the Ministry of Health 28 April 2022, from 1 May 2022 to access the Multimedia Library a surgical mask is recommended as a respiratory protection device.

All requests should be submitted by email to the following address: bibliomediateca@santacecilia.it
In order to consider the request, all users should include in their email:
- Identifying details of the desired work/s (maximum of six works) 
- Member Card number (users without a member card can request one, free of charge)
Lending services are available for duplicate works only and can be borrowed following the same rules as per the reading services.

We kindly inform that a previous appointment is mandatory. Without the confirmation email, the access will not be permitted.

Users will be requested to show a valid identity document.
All requested works will be available for the collection at the distribution desk on the day of the appointment received by email. Users are can not income without reservation, neither access the reading room with their own texts, unless permission from the management.

In sum, to enter the Multimedia library users must:

- have received the booking confirmation email;

- wear a surgical mask (recommended);

- sanitize the hands at the entrance;

- avoid crowding

- follow all directions given by our Staff.

It is not allowed to:
- Add other requests once at our premises. Any new request must be submitted by email, after which a new appointment will be issued;

-Introduce food and drinks, bags and backpacks.
